- Reservations only confirmed once full payment is received (credit card or Pesapal or Mpesa)
Cancellations by You (Passenger):
- More than 10 days before departure: Full refund minus USD 10 per person
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3–10 days before departure: Full refund minus USD 15 per person
Less than 3 days before departure: No refund (or at company’s discretion)
